Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) procedure:Note: The solvent volumes shown below are for a 60 mg bed mass. The solvent volumes will need to be adjusted for a smaller or larger bed mass.
Load:1 gm of Honey sample diluted with 3 mL NaOAc (100mM) pH 5.0
Dry:2 min at 10" of Hg
Final Prep and Analysis: Elution of 2 mL (2% Formic Acid in Methanol) is recommended to do in 2 aliquots Inject: 50 µL on HPLC / UV-Vis Abs.-Variable Wave.(UV) @ 365 nm (ambient)
