Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) procedure:Note: The solvent volumes shown below are for a 150 mg bed mass. The solvent volumes will need to be adjusted for a smaller or larger bed mass.
Load:300ng/mL healthcare opiates in urine
Dry:5 minutes >10 inches mercury
Final Prep and Analysis: After extraction internal standards are added (morphine-d3, codeine-d6, hydromorphone-d6, oxymorphone-d6), then evaporated and reconstituted in 100µL of 50% hydroxylamine (reacted at 60ºC for 30 min), then evaporated, then reconstituted in BSTFA (reacted at 70ºC for 30 min) and injected Inject: 1 µL on GC / Mass Selective (MSD) @ amu / (320 °C)
