Load:1mL of Urine (spiked with analyte and IS, conc.=500ng/mL) was diluted with 1 mL of 100mM
phosphate buffer (pH 6)
Dry:2 mins @ 10" of Hg pressure
Final Prep and Analysis: Blown down samples (after evaporation) were reconstituted in 200 uL of initial mobile phase (A/B=90/10). Inject: 5 µL on HPLC / Mass Spectrometer (MS) @ amu (ambient)
