Oligo-XT Phase Information

Clarity Oligo-XT, C18 columns have been designed to provide rugged high performance for the LC/MS characterization of synthetic DNA and RNA samples, alongside purification of these targeted oligos.  With high efficiency levels from the novel core-shell particle design, this new media provides the necessary separation power to accurately resolve closely related oligo sequences. Additionally, this new technology provides excellent sensitivity levels for easier MS quantitation.
