Chloramphenicol from Shrimp and Other Marine Food Products by LC/MS/MS (TN-1081)


Abstract:
A method for the analysis of chloramphenicol has been developed with a limit of quantitation (LOQ) of 0.001 ng/g in shrimp (0.001 ppb) based on the calibration standards. This is three hundred times lower than the current US FDA method.
