About the Cheers Foundation
Cheers Foundation is a secular non-profit organization founded in 2009. Since then, they have been committed to providing shelter, food, education, good health and a lovable family atmosphere to underprivileged children. The Foundation truly believes that all children deserve a childhood filled with small joys and happiness to uncover the strength, peace and joy that lie at the core of every human being. Cheers Foundation strives to nurture, protect and care for destitute children from poor and broken homes. Its purpose is to promote the total development of children through love and care in a homely environment with adequate nutrition and healthy social interaction. They enable youth to become responsible individuals who contribute to society positively. Cheers Foundation would not have accomplished this without the support of generous sponsors, donors and events. The Cheers home is located near HITEC city railway station, Moosapet Road, Kaithalapur, Ragavendra colony, Hyderabad. All children acquire education in reputed schools and are involved in extra-curricular activities such as singing, dancing and sports. There are currently around 25 children at Cheers Foundation and the number is expected to increase with time.
