Pretreatment Note

Evaporate eluant to dryness at 50°C. Add 50uL of Propionic anhydride and 50uL of acetonitrile. Heat 30 mins at 60°C. Evaporate to dryness at 50°C. Reconstitute in 100uL of Ethyl Acetate

Wash 1

2mL of Sodium Acetate (100mM), pH 5.0

Wash 2

2mL of Methanol

Dry

10 min @ 10 Hg

Elution 1
