A simple, automatable extraction method using a Tecan Freedom EVO 100 liquid handler and Novum Simplified Liquid Extraction (SLE) 96-well plates is employed to extract cortisone and prednisolone (at 25 ng/mL and 125 ng/mL, respectively) from plasma followed by LC-MS/MS analysis.
