Enantiomeric and Diastereoisomeric Resolutions of Chiral Triazole Fungicides (TN-1164)
In this technical note, we report the enantiomeric and diastereoisomeric separations of five fungicides containing two stereogenic centers using Lux polysaccharide-based chiral stationary phases. The reported separations are the results of a systematic screening of five different Lux phases in normal phase and reversed phase separation modes.
