Rapid Analysis of Vitexin from Tilia Leaves Extract by LC-UV/LC-MS on Kinetex 2.6 µm EVO C18 (TN-1215)
Vitexin is an apigenin flavone glycoside isolated from natural sources and is a similarly important flavonoid to well-known quercetin, rutin, and kampferol. Presented is a simple and rapid LC-UV method, with single-quad mass spec specificity confirmation using Kinetex 2.6 µm EVO C18 Core-Shell Technology for the determination of Vitexin from tilia leaves extract in a liquid dietary formulation. The method can be used for both QC purposes as well as stability studies.
