In this application note, we report the separation of Indomethacin Sodium and its related organic impurities using a Luna 5 μm C18(2) column, a Luna Omega 5 μm C18 column, an InertClone 5 μm ODS(3) column, and a Prodigy 5 μm ODS-3 column (which all provide similar selectivity as the original Inertsil 5 μm ODS-3 column) according to the USP monograph for Indomethacin Sodium.
