In this application note, we demonstrate the separation of Fexofenadine Hydrochloride from its related substances per the Ph. Eur. monograph using Kinetex™ Biphenyl and Phenyl-Hexyl columns in comparison with the ZORBAX® SB-Phenyl column used in the elucidation of the monograph.
