Biktarvy is a complete HIV-1 treatment in a once-a-day single tablet that contains the three antiviral drugs Bictegravir, Emtricitabine, and Tenofovir Alafenamide. Biktarvy works by preventing HIV from multiplying in the body, lowering HIV blood levels, and decreasing the chance of developing acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) and HIV-related illnesses, such as cancer or severe infections. In this technical note, we use a Luna Omega Polar C18 column to effectively separate Bictegravir, Emtricitabine, and Tenofovir Alafenamide, and perform an Assay test.
