Biozen N-Glycan Clean-Up

Easy Clean-up of Labeled, Released N-Glycans Using Solid Phase Extraction (SPE)

SPE HILIC stationary phase that excels at retention and recovery labeled released N-glycans. Microelution format allows for streamlined processing and clean-up of small sample volumes.

  • Small volume format allows for more concentrated samples
  • Minimal elution solvent
  • Excellent retention and recovery of labeled, released N-glycans
  • Faster clean-up methods to save on sample prep time

Overview

Protocol

N-Glycan Clean-up

Reliable recovery and faster results

STEP 1

Start with Intact Glycoprotein

STEP 2

Deglycosylation Released N-Glycans by PNGase F in buffer solution

STEP 3

Labeling Glycans 2-AA or 2-AB for accurate and sensitive glycan detection

STEP 4

Clean-Up Removal of labeling reagent, salts, or surfactants

STEP 5
