Method Development and Optimization of Native RPLC-HRMS Characterization of ADCs using Biozen Native RP Columns

⦁ Sorbent polarity and hydrophobicity effects on retention and selectivity of individual DAR species.

⦁ Optimized chromatographic separation and MS identification of all DAR species, including positional isomers, of several ADCs.
