Clarity® Desalting Tubes Deliver Fast, Simple Purification of Synthetic Oligonucleotides

Torrance, CA (April 22, 2008) – Phenomenex Inc., a leading worldwide manufacturer of separation science consumables, introduces Clarity Desalting Tubes for basic reverse phase removal of salt and excess reagents from synthetic oligonucleotides. Delivering a purity level of about 70% with 80% target oligonucleotide recovery, Clarity Desalting Tubes offer a faster and more cost-effective solution than traditional gel filtration methods. For higher throughput, Clarity Desalting Tubes can be multiplexed using a vacuum manifold.
