Fasha Mahjoor, Phenomenex CEO, Invited by HRH Prince Phillip to Windsor Castle

Torrance, CA (February 23, 2012) Fasha Mahjoor, founder and CEO of Phenomenex, a global leader in the separation sciences, and his wife Fariba Mahjoor were honored to accept an invitation to join His Royal Highness Prince Phillip at Windsor Castle next month. Among only ten other philanthropic-minded individuals invited, Mr. and Mrs. Mahjoor will attend an evening dinner with topics likely to be centered on youth charities in the UK and abroad.

The invitation follows Mr. Mahjoor’s attendance at Buckingham Palace for Prince Phillip’s birthday celebration in December amongst a larger group of philanthropists. Mahjoor commented, “I have long admired Prince Phillip’s philanthropic endeavors, in particular, his life-long devotion to developing the youth to become future leaders in our society. I am honored to be invited and to help further these worthy causes. My wife and I are very much looking forward to the event!”

Although a for-profit business, Phenomenex and Mr. Mahjoor have been recognized over the years not only for their ongoing support towards many charitable organizations throughout the world but also for the philanthropic culture prevalent at all of the global Phenomenex companies. “Giving back and directly serving the community has been a major part of our culture since the company’s inception 30 years ago. Fasha is the first one to roll-up his sleeves and help out – whether we are building homes for the homeless, assisting underprivileged children or coordinating aid after a disaster,” stated Kali Tudela, leader of the Phenomenex philanthropy team.
