The unique selectivity of the Kinetex Amide phase delivers higher-order separations for TFA applications in environmental analysis and for amino acid analysis in food applications. Featuring 2.6 µm core–shell particles, this column enables both HPLC and UHPLC users to achieve high efficiency at elevated linear velocities, producing sharper peak shapes and faster elution times—without generating excessive UHPLC backpressure. Under HILIC-FLR or HILIC-MS conditions, the Kinetex Amide column provides enhanced polar retention and improved selectivity.
