Analysis of nicotine in urine has become more widespread with the increased use of tobacco-less products. This techincal note describes a method for analyzing nicotine and metabolites using SLE to increase recoveries, while still displaying accuracy, precision and linearity. A Kinetex EVO C18 column was used for it's widely stable pH range, ensuring separation of all compounds.
