Ibuprofen from Human Plasma by Supported Liquid Extraction (SLE) and LC-MS/MS (TN-1242)
Clinical trial for new generic drug product required several time points across multiple patient samples for analysis are required to demonstrate bio-equivalence. We demonstrate an LC-MS/MS assay with a total run time of 2 minutes using Kinetex C18 2.6 µm, 50 x 2.1 mm column. The sample extraction with Strata DE supported liquid extraction 96-well plate is an automation friendly format, which is ideally suited for a bio-equivalence study.
