In this application, a Supported Liquid Extraction (SLE) method using Strata DE is used for the clean-up of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). This method provides recoveries greater than 95% with % CVs less than 5% for all analytes tested using an extraction solvent of Ethyl acetate/Hexane (3:1).
