Robust Analysis of Acrylamide in Potato Chips Using Strata™ Activated Carbon Extraction
This application note describes a new method for extracting and analyzing acrylamide in potato chips using Strata Activated Carbon and LC-MS/MS with a Luna Omega PS C18 HPLC column. The method successfully eliminates interferences from the potato chip sample and achieves a recovery rate of 102.7%. The sample preparation process is simplified using activated carbon and sodium sulfate in a cartridge format.
