Prior to LC-MS analysis, therapeutic oligonucleotides must be isolated from interferences such as salts, sugars, large proteins, and genomic DNA. Using a mixed-mode solid phase extraction (SPE) sorbent in conjunction with carefully formulated buffers, Clarity OTX consistently delivers high recoveries.
