Chiral Separation of β-Blockers Using Lux™ Polysaccharide-Based Chiral Stationary Phases
β-blocker drugs, also known as β-adrenergic receptor antagonists, are effective in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension. The various β-blockers analyzed in this study are depicted in Figure 1. The chiral separations presented are the results of a systematic screening of our Lux polysaccharide-based CSPs (Cellulose-1, Cellulose-2, Cellulose-3, and Cellulose-4) under various separation modes.
