Rapid GC-MS Analysis per European Food Safety Agency (EFSA) PAH Compounds in Food using a Zebron ZB-PAH-EU GC Column
In this study, the optimal selectivity of the Zebron ZB-PAH-EU capillary GC column is utilized to separate “EFSA PAH4” compounds in a short run time of less than 10 minutes. In addition, a 16 component EU (15+1) mixture was injected to confirm that there were no interferences with the “EFSA PAH4” test compounds, ensuring accurate quantification of food samples.
