In this technical note, we will explore how to use Strata-X-CW Microelution SPE 96-Welll Plates in conjunction with a Kinetex Biphenyl HPLC column in order to resolve an interference that coelutes with 3-Methodoxytyramine on a standard C18 HPLC Column while reaching low limits of quantitation for metanephrine and normetanephrine.
